Angela creates abstract collages with vibrant color and geometric shapes that evoke a sense of place through architectural and landscape elements. Materials include her own painted papers, printed and handwritten text, fabric, and ephemera. She is interested in creating works that convey the emotion associated with remembered or imaginary places. Angela’s studio practice is in a shared space with other artists called “Studio B.”
