My current work examines the totemic nature of stacked stones, and the human-like qualities that arise from their proximity. This particular series is ongoing, and in these mixed media pieces, I have revisited the stacked groupings from my previous work. Now focusing on texture, atmosphere and interplay, I am examining the interdependence upon one another and how the meditative ritual of stacking requires such careful selection and placement.
